Welcome to Oodi to host an event!

Remember to book enough time for the preparations!

You can enter the room you have rented at the beginning of your reservation time. The time can be found in the reservation confirmation.

If your event begins at 12:00, it might be a good idea to start the reservation at 11:30 or at 11:00. 

In case you need to the enter the space sooner than you have initially reserved it, please ask about this beforehand at oodi.tilat@hel.fi. It’s almost always possible to have an earlier access and we will add additional time to the reservation according to the price list.

Please remember that the reserved space must be empty at the end of the reservation time.

Furniture and tech

To make sure your event runs smoothly we need to know two weeks in advance what furniture and equipment you will need at your event. Please email us at oodi.tilat@hel.fi

Streaming

Oodi does not handle streaming. Information about the technology of the facilities can be found on our website.

Oodi’s event spaces

Maijansali and Kino Regina are located on the first floor. The floor has three entrances. On the first floor are also located the restaurant and Lämpiö space to which catering services can be ordered to. The event space Kuutio and Aura are located on the second floor. The largest restroom area is on the K-floor, one below the first floor.
