Welcome to host an event at Oodi!

Remember to book enough time for the preparations!

You can enter the event space at the start of your reservation time. The time can be found in the reservation confirmation.

In case you need to the enter the space sooner than you have initially reserved it, please ask about this beforehand. It’s almost always possible to have an earlier access and we will add additional time to the reservation according to the price list.

Please remember that the reserved space must be empty at the end of the reservation time.

Furniture and tech

To make sure your reservation can begin smoothly we need to know the furniture and event tech you need from us two weeks prior to your reservation. Contact us at oodi.tilat@hel.fi

Streaming

We don’t offer a streaming service, but we have some tech to help produce them. Remember to book enough time for the load in and load out.

About Oodi’s event spaces

Maijansali and Kino Regina are located on the first floor. The first floor has three entrances. On the first floor are also located the restaurant and Lämpiö-area, to which catering services can be ordered to. The event space Kuutio is located on the second floor. The largest restroom area is on the K-floor, one below the first floor.
