Helsinki Central Library Oodi has multiple facilities for events and meetings. Great location, world wide reputation and an active role as the creative space for the citizens are some of the reasons to choose Oodi as the place for your event or meeting. And don’t forget about the tasty catering services provided by our restaurant.
Kino Regina is a great location for seminars and movie screenings with comfortable seats for 250 people. Maijansali is a multipurpose hall that can facilitate for example lectures, meetings, workshops and varied performances. Depending on the desired furnishing Maijansali can seat 80 to 150 people. Kuutio on on the 2nd floor is a sleek glass walled space that seats 50 people for lectures and 20-30 people for workshops. Aura can facilitate a meeting for 12 people or a for example a 4K movie screening for 20 people. The Kitchen is great for cooking classes with friends or co-workers.
Many who have visited Oodi as a part of an event or a meeting have been interested in our diverse and modern services that include our music studios, 3D printers, game rooms and the beautiful 3rd floor “The Book Heaven”. The 3rd floor also has the Citizen Balcony that offers great views over the Helsinki culture hub.
The restaurant on our 1st floor and the café on the 3rd floor are accessible during our 7-days a week opening hours. The Food & Co restaurant offers catering services from big events to coffee and sweets for small meetings. Breakfast and lunch is also of course available.
