Do you want to organize an event that is open to everyone at Oodi? Oodi welcomes small and large event organisers, private citizens and associations alike. We offer accessible venues for a wide range of events equipped with various technologies.
In the spring you can send an application for an event held in the autumn, and in the autumn you can apply for an event held in the spring. The application form will open on 15th of April and will be open until 19th of May, 2024. Send us your suggestion via the application. The link to the application form will be published on page linked below on the 15th of April.

Open events are mainly held in Oodi on weekday nights and weekends. Open events cannot have a registration or admission fee. You will receive a reply to your event proposal by the 20th of June, 2024. If you have any questions, contact us by email at oodi.tapahtumat@hel.fi
