The spaces and equipment at Central Library Oodi can be booked through the new Varaamo service.
Logging in to the Varaamo service has changed with the new system. You will need to log in using strong identification which means using your online banking credentials, for example. You will create a Helsinki profile when logging in if you do not have one already. If you have any problems with logging in, please contact the Varaamo customer service by email at varaamo@hel.fi.
Help with using the new Varaamo and making a booking
By phone. Varaamo’s phone service at 09 3102 7101 (Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 18:00) will assist you with booking of the library’s services and provides help with the new reservation system.
At Oodi. The Helsinki info in the first floor of Helsinki Central Library Oodi will assist with bookings for spaces and equipment. Helsinki Info is open from 10:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Thursday and from 10:00 to 16:00 on Fridays.
