No need to bring your reading glasses – the lyrics will be projected right on the cinema screen. This is your unique chance to grab the mic and perform your karaoke favorite at Kino Regina! If the spotlight isn’t your thing, just take a seat and join in the group singing from the audience.
Your karaoke hosts for the evening are karaoke angel and visual artist Aleksi Kolmonen and retired bingo host from Turku, Niko Laaksonen!

Writing From Experience is a discussion panel featuring published authors who belong to gender minorities – authors who are transgender, non-binary, intersex or gender non-conforming. Authors will discuss their own works, as well as what they consider to be important when writing gender diverse characters. Our participating writers will answer questions and be around afterwards so you can purchase signed copies of their books.
Partisipating in the panel:
Mira Eskelinen (she/her)
Nina Mutik (they/them)

Books have the power to make us feel less alone and part of something. This is more important than ever – especially for gender diversity.
