Maijansali furniture packages
Below is a list of complete furniture packages that are included in the rent. You may choose the option that best suits the needs of your event. We are happy to answer your questions at oodi.tilat@hel.fi
If you need, for example, an elevated stage for your event, that is possible as well. A stage, built from 1m×2m pieces, will cost €300.

Furniture package 1: Lecture
Suitable event types: seminars, lectures, music performances
- Open auditorium, 120 seats
- 1-3 rows of movable chairs, 15-45 seats
- High table or podium, plus a bar stool for the speaker
- Coat racks
- Movable screen that you can attach event posters to
Catering
- Two tables will be set on the side for light catering or pamphlets
- Larger scale catering can be arranged in the Lämpiö area on the northern side of Oodi.

Furniture package 2: Panel discussion
Suitable event types: seminars, lectures, panel discussions
- Open auditorium, 120 seats
- 1-2 rows of movable chairs, 15-30 seats
- High table or podium plus a bar stool for the speaker
- 6 low desks and chairs for the panellists
- Coat racks
- Movable screen that you can attach event posters to
Catering
- Two tables will be set on the side for light catering or pamphlets
- Larger scale catering can be arranged in the Lämpiö area on the northern side of Oodi.

Furniture package 3: Open event
Suitable event types: lectures, panel discussions, music performances, dance performances
- Open auditorium with movable chairs, 50-100 seats. The fewer chairs you include, the more space there is at the front for dance mats, a grand piano etc.

- Movable screen that you can attach event posters to

Catering services
Catering services are available from the Oodi restaurant. Depending on the chosen furniture arrangement, Maijansali can host catering for at most 100 people. It is also possible to have catering in
the Lämpiö area, on the northern side of Oodi, which has space for at most 80 people, depending on the furniture arrangement.
